Emotional Walk-a-thon

What is is about walking that helps you think better? Its the first couple of steps that are the most difficult, the ones where your mind and body are completely out of scnc. Slowly you set a pace....never inside your comfort level...just above it. In that etheral realm where you push just that little bit harder, both mind and body. Eventually your mind takes over and the game shifts focus. You develop this objectivity that you never thought possible. This madman on a rampage is NOT you. He may look and talk like you, but he does not feel. Where does this facade end? Delicate dreamworld.Complete chaos.
At some point the haze clears, and rational thinking never does cut it. Somewhere in the distance you see youself making some sense out of this tumult of emotions, but never now. Im just mentally exhausted. I just dont anymore-anything.
