Optical Illusion

A certain shade of green

There is no black or white, just various shades of grey. Ambiguity prevails in this stark cosmos where a zero might be closer to salvation than the one. Where the absence of a burden is the byzantine link between last nights binge and tomorrow's uncertainties. Or is Beethoven's Es mus sein? upsidedownwrongsideout. Like a logical journey from the light into the weighty realms of the darkness, it assumes the natural progression of the grand scheme from mirth into serieux dominion. Conditioned from birth, much like Palov's dogs we struggle to jettison this burden. Under the illusion that once shed we will be overcome by the intense satisfaction of lightness. Little do we realize that it is this false sense of security thats the booby trap.
